New Video GuideLearn How Our Website Works
New video guide: learn how our website works. Watch TutorialHow to return an item, what happens if something arrives faulty or damaged, and how refunds are made.
UK consumers buying online keep their legal right to cancel and return eligible items.
Please get in touch before sending anything back so we can help and give you the right return details.
Refunds are normally made back to the payment method used for the order.
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and this policy works alongside those rights.
If you are a consumer and bought online, you can normally cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do this:
Some items may not be returnable for hygiene or health reasons once the seal has been broken, where the law allows this. If this applies to an item, we will tell you before you buy or when you contact us.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos where you can. We will review it and put things right, which may mean a replacement, repair or refund depending on the situation and your legal rights.
Photos or a short unboxing video can help us sort things out faster, but they are not required for you to rely on your legal rights.
If you buy from us as a business, for example to resell or dropship, the 14-day change of mind right for consumers does not usually apply to those orders. We will still review and help with any item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
If your own customer wants to return an item, please contact us with the order details before anything is sent back so we can agree the best way to handle it.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match an unexpected parcel to your order.
Once a return is received and checked, or once we have agreed a refund for a problem with your order, we will process the refund without undue delay. Refunds are normally made back to the original payment method. How long it takes to show in your account depends on your bank or card provider.
If you cancel as a consumer under your 14-day right, the refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid, and the cost of returning the item is usually yours unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Email us with your order number and we will guide you through it.
