The terms that apply when you use our website or place an order with Wholesale Finds UK, written as clearly as we can.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Wholesale Finds UK. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully and do not try to interfere with how it works, access areas you are not permitted to, or copy large parts of it for purposes not covered by these terms.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and your information up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.
4. Products and stock
We try to describe and show every product accurately. Small differences in colour, packaging or design can happen, and product images are for illustration. Stock levels change regularly, so we cannot guarantee that an item will stay available or be restocked in future.
5. Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order, together with any delivery charge shown. If we notice an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before accepting the order or give you the option to cancel.
6. Orders
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation of what you ordered. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred or we cannot verify the order. If this happens after payment, we will refund you in full.
7. Payment
Payment is taken through the payment options shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details on this website.
8. Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible. An order can usually be cancelled if it has not yet been processed, prepared, allocated, packed or dispatched. Once fulfilment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. Consumers still keep their right to cancel after delivery, as explained on our Returns & Refunds page.
9. Dropshipping and direct dispatch
Where available, eligible orders can be dispatched directly to the delivery details you provide. You are responsible for giving us complete and correct delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details, although we will do what we reasonably can to help.
10. Reseller responsibilities
If you resell our products, you run your own business and remain responsible for:
- your store, marketplace account and product listings
- your selling prices and any marketplace or payment fees
- communication with your own customers
- following the rules of each marketplace or platform you sell on
- checking that a product and your listing are permitted on that platform
11. Third-party marketplaces
We are not connected to, or endorsed by, any marketplace or selling platform. We do not guarantee sales, profit, product performance, or approval of any account or listing on a marketplace. Marketplaces set and change their own rules. We are not responsible if a marketplace removes a listing, restricts an account, issues a warning or changes its policies.
12. Product images and listing information
Where we provide product images, descriptions or listing tools, they are there to help you create your own listings. They do not come with any brand authorisation, licence or exclusive rights unless we tell you so in writing for a specific product. Please review and adapt any content before publishing it, as we cannot guarantee it will meet the requirements of every marketplace.
13. Returns and refunds
Returns, faulty items and refunds are handled as set out on our Returns & Refunds page.
14. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit, lost sales or loss of business opportunity where you are buying as a business. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
